Late Hellenistic period

Description:    Round lamp with short nozzle. Lines around shoulders, channel with decoration on the nozzle. With flat base.
The lamp bears some similarity to the type of the Judean radial lamps.

Size: Length 89 mm, width 65 mm, height 23 mm.

Condition: Very good condition, with only a few chips on the body. Antique soot marks at the wick opening.

Provenance: Acquired 2022 from the Archaeological Center R. Deutsch, Israel. Ex famous Judge Dr. Steve Adler collection. Exported from Israel with permit of the Israel Antiquities Authority (IAA) Nr. 53397.
