Double-edged blade, tapering to the front. It is thicker in the middle and thus reinforced. A long and tapered integral tang is at the back to mount the tip to a shaft.
The piece is probably a lance head.

Very good condition. Some old or recent damage to the edges. Body otherwise fully intact and covered with an attractive green patina.
