Description: |
Small bracelet or hair ring of a circular shape and made of dark blue glass. The inside is flat, the outside convex, the cross-section is D-shaped. The glass jewellery originated in the Eastern Mediterranean.

55mm outer diameter, 45mm inner diameter.

Condition: |
Perfect condition. The surface has a light iridescent patina.

Acquired by us in 2022 from R. Deutsch, Israel. Exported under Israel Antiquities Authority (IAA) permit no. 50984. Previously in the Israeli family collection of art dealer Gideon Sasson. Incorporated into the collection in 1925.
