Late Corinthian

Description:    Globular body with broad ring base. Thin neck, broad discus-shaped mouth, flat handle.
On the body opposite the handle siren standing, looking to the right, between swans facing her. Three thin lines below and two above. Band of rays on the shoulder, concentric circles on mouth.

Size: Height 97 mm, diameter 80 mm

Condition: Handle professionally reattached, body intact with minor chips and wear. Decoration worn but still nicely preserved, possibly some repainting on the wings. Overall a very well preserved vase.
