Description: |
Red polished ware with piriform body, round base and long, narrow cylindrical neck with funnel mouth. One vertical round handle at the side. Incised decoration with white infill including various geometrical motives.

Dimensions: |
14cm height. C. 8.5cm diameter.

Condition: |
Two fragments at the lip restored. 3cm large damage and 1cm large hole at the bottom. Several cracks emanating there, remains of older restoration with modern white infill. The vessel as a whole is stable and in fair condition.

Acquired by us in 2017 from the German family collection Brem. Acquired for the collection in 1958 in Kuwait.
