| Description: | Interesting group of ancient scale weights. Probably Greek, Roman, Byzantine and Early Islamic. Various shapes, such as cubes, plates, polygons, conical shapes. Some with markings or decor. The weights with marking or characteristic shapes can be dated to a certain period and function using e.g. the book of David Hendin refered to below. |
