Description:    Voluminous jar with conic ring base. Globular body decorated with groves, short neck, large tre-foil shaped mouth. Handle attached at mouth and shoulder.

Size: Height 290 mm, diameter about 200 mm without handle.

Condition: Impressive vase, professionally restored from fragments, only minor surface wear. Overall excellent condition. Old sticker "3" below the foot, inside sticker with print "1450,-".

Provenance: Acquired by us in 2021 from the German private collection Dr. Dietrich who acquired the object in 1964 from the estate of a Berlin latin teacher, who allegedly has acquired the vase in South Italy in the 1930s.
