Description:    Large female figure with wavy hair wearing a himation and polos. The figure stands somewhat stiffly in a slight contraposto with her weight on her right leg, she raises her right hand to her chest and holds the folds of her drapery in her left.
This type developed from Late Archaic examples in the second quarter of the 5th century BC, adapted to the demands and Zeitgeist of the Early Classic. The right hand of such figures very often was holding a flower.

Size: Height 24.3 cm.

Condition: Excellent condition. Professionally restored at front and head, the original substance is fully preserved. From a fresh mold, the features of face and clothing are very detailed.
