Acquired by us in 2017 from the German private estate of C. Burgdorff, inherited in 1994 with the collection of his father Hans-Guenther Burgdorff. H.-G. Burgdorff bought the piece in the 1940ies in Greece. It remained in the familiy collection in Germany since then.
