Description: First edition of volume II (of three). Text in Latin with commentary by the famous scholar Denis Lambin. Very nice contemporary leather binding with golden front and back cover vignettes.
This rare 16th century print contains 20 orations from Cicero, among which are some of his most famous works which keep being studied down to the present day.

Condition: Good condition, appropriate for the age of the volume. Part missing on upper capital, cover with traces of worm eating, usual wear for a book of this age. Edges with water spotting, partially brownish. Pages and binding firm and stable.
