Object: Beit Natif type oil lamp

Material: Red clay with sand patina

Date: 4th century A.D.

Description:    Lamp with a round body. Four peddled flowers on nozzle. Wreath band around filling hole. Pyramidal shaped handle. Ring base.

Size: Length 78 mm, width 50 mm, height 30 mm

Condition: Perfectly preserved, undamaged. Traces of lamp black on the nozzle document the use of the lamp in antiquity. With sticker "32" on bottom and label "75737" inside.
