High bowl or shallow cup with two horizontal handles. Decorated inside with four palmettes and double concentric ring of small triangular indents. Fully covered with glossy black slip.

Diameter 186mm with and 110mm without handles, height 51 mm.

Very good condition, slip mainly preserved. With label "6A CPJV £45", probably from Davies Antiques gallery, and a probably older label from an earlier collection "Greek Skyphos found Alexandri[a]".
