Victoria schreitet n. l., hält in der ausgestreckten Rechten Kranz und in der Linken Zweig. Vorzügliches Stück mit sehr eindrucksvollem Portrait.

Pietas vor brennendem Altar, rechte Hand im Sprechgestus, Linke hält ein Weihrauchgefäß. Eindrucksvolles Stück aus dem 1. Regierungsjahr.

Rom, 148 - 149 n. Chr. Aequitas steht n.l., hält Waage und Füllhorn. Vorzügliche Erhaltung, ausdrucksstarkes Portrait in hohem Relief.

Revers: Liberalitas mit Abacus und Füllhorn. Durchmesser 18mm, wohlzentriert, erhabenes Portrait.

Prätorianische Galeere n. r., am Bug Thyrsos. LEG II. Leicht dezentriert, ansonsten sehr schöne Erhaltung, schöne dunkle Patina.

AV: Prätorianische Galeere n. rechts, ANT AVG III VIR R P C. RV: Legionsadler zw. 2 Feldzeichen, darunter LEG II.

Seltene Prägung. Nur 3 Legionen werden auf den Denaren des Antonius namentlich erwähnt. Einziger sicherer historischer Beleg für diese ansonsten nicht gesicherte Legion.

Stempelglanz. Durch einen Fehler bei der Herstellung prägte sich nicht die volle Stempelfläche in den Schrötling. Aversdarstellung fast vollständig, selbst in den feinsten Details erhalten.

Münzmeister: M. Barbatius Pollio. Historisches Zeugnis für das 2. Triumvirat. Gutes sehr schön, attraktive Tönung. Aus alter Sammlung.
