Countless events and inventions from pre-dynastic China, as well as from the time of the Chinese Emperors which lasted for two millennia, inspired Renaissance Europe. One prominent example is the Chinaware technique which was invented in China already in the 7th century AD, but reached Europe only in the early 18th century. Or take the traditions of Japanese samurai warriors, with their Katana swords which reached almost mythical fame all over the world.
