The extensive written records from the last five thousand years, as well as the elaborate scenes of ancient cylinder seals and stamp seals give us a fascinating insight into cultural and religious aspects of biblical times. Very nice dome-shaped seal made of stone. The piece is from the period of Sasanian rule in the Near East.
€350Cypriot milk bowlThe hemispherical pottery bowls of this type were a successful export good of Late Bronze Age Cyprus. They are nicely decorated with bands of hatch-patterns.
